The local Tribal service area established under the Restoration Act is within the six Oregon Counties of Polk, Yamhill, Marion, Tillamook, Washington and Multnomah.

Medical Adaptation Grant – Anywhere in the 50 States or the District of Columbia
Home Repair Grant – The States of Oregon, Washington, and California
Weatherization/LIHEAP Grants – Polk, Yamhill, Marion, Tillamook, Washington, Multnomah and Clackamas Counties in Oregon
Indian Health Service Sanitation Grant – Polk, Yamhill, Marion, Tillamook, Washington and Multnomah Counties in Oregon
