New Policies Effective September 2012:
The Medical Adaptation Grant provides up to a $12,500 lifetime grant to enrolled members of the Confederated Tribes of the Grand Ronde for medically necessary access ramps, grab bars, toilet supports, shower/tub modification, hand-held showerheads, adaptive sinks, toilets, faucet hardware, enlargement of doorways, or air-filtering systems. Please see Program Policies & Procedures below for more information regarding income requirements on this program.
Service area: Within the State of Oregon, preference being given to properties located in the HUD six county service area: Yamhill, Polk, Marion, Tillamook, Washington, or Multnomah.
